Air Transat Pilot Pay 2026: Rates by Aircraft and Seat

The highest captain rate in the Air Transat agreement is $372.01 per credit hour, on the A321/A330 scale, about $334,809 a year at the 75-hour monthly guarantee. Rates below are the full scale, by aircraft type, seat and year of service.

The agreement sets further rates effective May 1, 2027, May 1, 2028, May 1, 2029. The tables above show the rates in force today, not these future scales.

Monthly guarantee

Air Transat guarantees 75 credit hours a month. §17.2.1, 75 FTCs (65 on RMFP, 90 released MEC). Annual figures on this page multiply the hourly rate by that guarantee, which is the floor rather than typical earnings.
