The highest captain rate in the Flair Airlines agreement is $312.58 per credit hour, on the B737 scale, about $281,322 a year at the 75-hour monthly guarantee. Rates below are the full scale, by aircraft type, seat and year of service.

Monthly guarantee
Flair Airlines guarantees 75 credit hours a month. §21.3.1 Collective Agreement No. 2 (85 under No. 1). Annual figures on this page multiply the hourly rate by that guarantee, which is the floor rather than typical earnings.
